Shipping & returns

If necessary we will exchange your item for a refund/change size of your purchase as long as it’s returned in original state and unworn within 14 days of receiving. Cancellations and exchanges must be made known to us in writing (via email: hello@radikalkindness.be). State your full name, account number (IBAN and BIC / Swift number) and order or invoice number. Return orders take 7 to 10 business days to be processed. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE – The account number used for reimbursement must be the same as the account number used to make the initial payment to Radikal Kindness. All refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. Radikal Kindness is not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the orderly packaging and sending of a return shipment.
